Lucy Beresford is an Agony Aunt on ITV’s This Morning and hosts a weekly phone-in Sex and Relationships show on LBC Radio. She’s also a regular on Sky News, CNN and Channel 5 talking about current events. She works at The Grace Clinic Belgravia as a psychotherapist and with people in the public eye on issues around stress, fame, celebrity, addictions, performance anxiety and confidence. She’s passionate about helping people enjoy better relationships, and is the author of 4 books, including the international best-seller Happy Relationships: at home, work and play. Her 2nd novel, Invisible Threads, set in Delhi was shortlisted for the Rubery International Prize. She’s developing a TV documentary on body confidence.
