She is a Board Director at One Loud Voice, which is an organisation set up in October 2017 dedicated to turning up the volume of the many voices that wish to work towards achieving gender parity across all areas of working life for women in the UK. One Loud currently represent the voices of about 100,000 women.
There is a shared frustration amongst women’s groups that there are still many obstacles to women achieving quality at work, despite the progress. As a result, One Loud Voice joined ranks with other well-known women’s networks to begin the process of bringing voices and networks together.
One Loud Voice focusses on the following issues:
Their first campaign has been a great endorsement of their vision. They were invited by The Equality and Human Rights Commission to support their campaign #WorkingForward. They have successfully delivered greater awareness and secured employer pledges to commit to four key action areas focused on making the workplace the best it can be for pregnant women and new parents.
